When we started to develop the AdMiRe project, many stakeholders, final users and followers wondered how the teleported audience would look on the virtual stage of a television program. The first tests of the capture application on mobile phones and laptops, as well as the foreground extraction, super resolution and color matching modules, have allowed us to create a realistic proof of concept.
This proof of concept allows us to start working and analyzing with the end users in charge of validating AdMiRe their use cases, since they have a more clear picture about the final results that AdMiRe will be able to offer.
