On February 1, 2 and 3, we had the great opportunity to organize the training and validation week at the Brainstorm Multimedia facilities in Valencia. End users NRK, Premier Media and TVR attended the meeting to learn how to set up and use AdMire. Likewise, NTNU organized the first validation sessions with them to collect feedback after the first use of the AdMiRe application. In addition, staff from Brainstorm and disguise were working on their integration to show AdMiRe in disguise’s virtual studios based on LED Walls.
At all times, the Brainstorm and UPF staff assisted the end users in the use of the AdMiRe system, carried out different tests and collected feedback regarding improvements in the use cases of each of them. This feedback was shared with EPFL and CSIC remotely, establishing the priorities to prepare the use cases that will be validated at the NRK, Premier Media, TVR and disguise facilities starting in March.
This meeting was a unique opportunity to bring together most of the consortium in person and establish greater trust and cordiality between the project partners. Attendance has been key to training users and establishing discussion forums that will improve the integrated prototype of AdMiRe before being validated by end users.
The next phase of validation will start in March and the consortium has agreed to have a meeting in early June in Trodheim to share the results of the validation of the AdMiRe system.
