TVR has proposed two different shows as test beds for the validation of the AdMiRe system. Each program has different requirements, for example in “Your Weather” the AdMiRe system would be used capturing the participant/audience in a full body shot; while in the “Convietuiri” the participant would be in a waist up shot. These differences propose a special challence to achieve and which has to be taken care of across the entire graphics pipeline of the system.
“Your Weather” is a 15-20 minute weather forecast program which also talks about topics like the environment or nature and it includes interviews. Each week there is an interview with a person from the national weather association who is predicting the weather, with travel agents or also with doctors or psychologists. AdMiRe will bring these persons collaborating in the program to the studio from any other remote place, with no need to go personally to the TV premises.
“Convietuiri”discusses the most important events in the life of national minorities from Romania. Representatives of minorities are invited to present the meanings of events in the socio-cultural and traditional life of each community. The show includes topics on: education, school, traditional trades, religion, community events, habits and traditions are presented with guests from the communities (politicians, people of culture, teachers, etc.). AdMire will bring the guest to studio from home saving costs and time.
